Mr. Cleaver is an experienced commercial real
estate Broker, licensed since 1989. Previously he
served five years as the Director of Finance for the
City of Wilmington, and fifteen years as a
commercial real estate loan officer. As a native
Delawarean and graduate of the University of
Delaware, I. G. has developed strong ties in the
Delaware commercial real estate market. I.G. has
concentrated on the sale and leasing of
commercial and industrial properties and is also
