Pat Gioffre
Pat has been working in commercial real estate since joining Jim O’Hara Realty in 2003. Pat’s focus is retail leasing and investment sales.
Pat received a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware and was named SBA Young Entrepreneur in 2000. Pat was awarded the SBA Young Entrepreneur of the Year, 2000 and the Harvey Hannah Broker of the Year, 2008.
After owning a multi-unit restaurant chain, Pat entered commercial real estate and has since represented commercial clients of all sizes in leasing and acquisitions and dispositions. He has worked with national clients such as Advance America, Supercuts, Family Dollar Stores, Check N Go, Five Guy’s, McDonald’s, Aaron’s Rental, and Regency Centers. Pat has also worked with regional companies such as Jake’s Burgers, Season’s Pizza, California Sun, EZ Loans, and Diamond State Management.
Pat is a member of (CIRC) Commercial Industrial Realty Council, (ICSC) International Council of Shopping Centers
