Kevin McGonegal
Mr. McGonegal has been a commercial realtor in Wilmington since 1987, with a specialization in office leasing and the sale of office buildings, investment properties and development sites. Previously he served for 13 years with the City of Wilmington, including the positions of Chief Administrative Officer and Budget Director. Kevin is past president of the Commercial Industrial Realty Council (CIRC) and a part time instructor at the University of Delaware’s College of Urban Affairs and Public Policy
